The Law Firm of Shughart Thomson & Kilroy
Shughart Thomson & Kilroy has built a practice on results. We have grown to include 182 attorneys, in six offices, by identifying legal strategies and acting on opportunities clients may not have recognized. A team approach to problem solving is critical to our success as counselors and advocates. For more than half a century, our corporate and trial teams have served clients throughout the Midwest, the nation and the world. We work together, across practice areas and geographic boundaries, to produce positive results for our clients, in whatever forum necessary. We always search for alternatives to litigation. But when we go to court, we go to win.

Symposium
Since 1985, Shughart Thomson & Kilroy has sponsored an annual community wide symposium on important civic matters. We began these presentations to create a public forum for topics often discussed only by colleagues and friends in smaller settings. Over the years, we have sponsored presentations on health care, economic development, urban reinvestment, crime, education, the environment, and more. The enthusiasm of the hundreds of people who attended these programs has confirmed our belief that the symposium series not only provides information but also encourages action in areas crucial to our community.
